With 20 years of bankruptcy experience, Andrew has helped thousands of clients resolve their financial difficulties. He is a tenacious litigator and problem solver and helps business and consumer clients successfully tackle the most complex cases. Andrew has served as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee; as a Past Chair of the Consumer Debtor Committee of the State Bar of Arizona’s Bankruptcy Section; as a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s Strategic Planning Committee; as a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s Electronic Court Filing User Group Committee; and as a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s Debtor Education Committee. Andrew has also spoken extensively on the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, and been honored by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys as its Member of the Month (August 2008), and by Green Path Debt Solutions in its Attorney Spotlight (November 2008).

Matt is an experienced bankruptcy attorney and litigator and brings a unique talent to providing debt relief solutions for his clients. Although he fights hard for his Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 clients to get the fresh start they deserve, he strives to make the bankruptcy process painless for every client. Matthew earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, and his B.A. from Utah State University and has been practicing law since 2003. He has been recognized by the Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution for theory and practice of conflict resolution techniques.
